Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, each order is made especially for you after your purchase is placed.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days before shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, but actual delivery dates are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items ordered, and the selected shipping method.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, fulfillment location, or item availability.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. Please allow extra time during busy seasons.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delays or additional shipping charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to help where possible, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Customs and International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply.
